Here are some frequently asked questions that we have received that could help you should you have any issues charging or disconnecting your vehicle:
I have no mobile phone signal to download the App
We offer free Wi-Fi in the vicinity of the Charging Stations. Connect your device to EVBOX.
I've unplugged my vehicle, but the charging station will not release my cable.
You need to disconnect your vehicle from the App before unplugging your vehicle. Plug your vehicle back in and wait for the App to inform you that you can disconnect.
I am still having problems. Who do I contact?
You ring the Doorbell outside of the Park Office and someone will come to you when open. If the office is closed please call the Duty Warden on 07780 507014.
